Shipping policy

We ship all of our jewelry from Victoria BC. We primarily use Canada Post to ship your pieces (during the postal strike we have to use other postal services).

At checkout, the customer is given some shipping options. Standard shipping does not include tracking or coverage for any damage or loss during transit. Tracked shipping does include a tracking number and usually coverage up to $100 of damages or loss. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding shipping. 

Local pickup is also available from my home studio located in Saanich (close to Eagle creek Village/ Strawberry Vale area).

If you are located outside of Canada, custom and import fees will apply.
