Refund policy
If you are interested in exchanging your jewelry for another item or store credit, please contact Kathleen within 7 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at kbojewelry@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to K-Bo Jewelry at the cost of the customer. The store credit or exchange will be made once the jewelry is returned to K-Bo jewelry.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, cartilage rings, custom jewelry or gift cards.
