The jewelry on our website is made of sterling silver or 14K gold-fill.

We work in white gold, rose gold and yellow gold for the wedding/ ceremony collection as well as custom pieces. Reach out if you'd like to request a design in a specific material.

Aside from metals, we work with an assortment of gemstones too.

14K gold-fill is a material that wears like gold but at a lower price point. It is a material that has gold fused to the top of brass. The fusing of gold lasts for years compared to gold plating/vermeil which easily brushes off in a short period of time.

Yes! You can totally shower and swim in fresh water (lakes) wearing your K-Bo jewelry.

Pools and hot tubs typically have a lot of harsh chemicals in them. This may tarnish your silver pieces (they can be polished again). Pools and hot tubs will not initially harm your gold-fill jewelry, although if you wear your jewelry in the pool and hot tub often, it may shorten the lifespan of your gold and gold-fill pieces. If you do find yourself wearing your jewelry in the pool, hot tub or salt water, it is best to rinse your pieces off in fresh water with mild soap and dry with a soft cloth.

The rule for silver is, the more you wear it the shinier it will be. Sterling silver does tarnish over time if left in the open (i.e on your bedside table or hanging on a jewelry stand). The best way to keep it from tarnishing is by keeping it in an airtight container if you are not wearing your jewelry.

If it does tarnish, it's easy to polish up again with a polishing cloth (we sell ones that work well and are safe to use with soft gemstones ( i.e. pearls). There are ways of polishing jewelry using items you may have at home too.

You can sleep in almost all of our designs - if this is your jam. The only pieces we would recommend taking out are the large dainty hoops and large shape hoops.

We are proud of the materials we use and trust the companies we source our metals from.

The most common metal allergy is nickel. Out jewelry does not have any nickel in them.

To date, we have had zero returns for allergies for our sterling silver pieces.

14K gold-fill is a superior material then gold plated & gold vermeil jewelry for metal sensitivities and most people, even with sensitivities, seem to be able to wear this material. We have had minimal (about five) returns from our gold-fill collection out of the seven years we have been working with it.

Every piece of jewelry is handmade by me (Kathleen). Please allow 3- 7 days for your item to be made before it is shipped. If you would like your order completed in a shorter amount of time, please reach out. I will do my best to accommodate your request.

Items listed as "ready to ship" are already made and will be mailed out (or ready for pickup) the following day.

​Shipping options and timelines are listed at checkout. 

We offer store credits & exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Store credits will be given once the jewelry is returned. It must be returned in the same condition as when it was first shipped/ picked up.

​The customer will be in charge of return shipping/ drop off. If the jewelry is being shipped back to us, please pick padded packaging to keep the jewelry safe from any damages.

All custom orders are final sale.

​If items are damaged when they arrive, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for damages caused by Canada post. If the damage was an error on our part, we are happy to fix the item.

​If the jewelry has been damaged by wear and tear, no store credit will be given.
