Shipping & Return Policy
We ship out of Victoria, BC, Canada, and offer free pick-up to locals, standard shipping & tracked shipping.
If you don't see your country on our shipping selection, email us at email@example.com. We are happy to quote you on shipping costs.
Please double check your mailing address before completing your purchase. If the address is entered incorrectly and the item has already been sent, we won't be able to replace the item(s).
If items are damaged when they arrive, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Faulty items will be replaced/fixed if we we are deemed responsible*.
*Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Store credits will be given to items returned in the same condition as when it was first shipped.
If the jewelry has been damaged by wear and tear, no store credit will be given.
The customer will be in charge of return shipping & must pick padded packaging to keep the jewelry from getting damaged.
All custom orders are final sale.
